The AmeriCav, LLC warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the ENHAN-SIT (herein referred to as product) will be free from defects under normal use and service, for a period of (1) one year from date of purchase. The items covered by this warranty are the frame, motor, and switch.
AmeriCav, LLC will repair or replace defective parts without charge at our discretion, as long as the original purchaser follows the warranty service procedure.
The warranty only applies if the product was purchased as new equipment from an authorized dealer. Warranty does not apply to the purchase of used equipment.
The warranty does not cover any damage or defect of any kind to the chair that attaches to the product. Proper care and adherence to the installation instructions must be practiced to insure proper and safe mechanical and electrical operation of this product.
A warranty card (included) must be on file at AmeriCav, LLC.
AFTER THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD, AMERICAV, LLC SHALL NOT HAVE ANY OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES UNDER ANY WARRANTIES EXPRESSED.
We are confident that you will be satisfied with the Enhansit. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, within 30 days of receipt of the EnhanSit, return the EnhanSit in the original shipping container with all of the necessary components and a refund will be issued less 20% of the original price. Simply call our toll free number 1 (888) 706-5536 to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please note: All refunds are subject to inspection. Any damage to the unit may reduce or void the refund. Freight in both directions is the responsibility of purchaser.
