Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before your EnhanSit is shipped.
We ship to all locations within the continental United States. We offer a flat $95 rate for shipping and handling, no matter where you are in the continental U.S.
If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or outside the continental U.S. please contact us before placing your order to confirm shipping availability and rates.
Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for delivery. If your address includes an apartment unit, or suite number, please be sure to include it when placing your order to avoid delivery delays.
Shipping cost is calculated per EnhanSit frame. We do not offer overnight or expedited shipping.
Required Shipping Address Confirmation:
Before finalizing your order, you will be required to confirm that the shipping address you provided is correct and is the address where you would like your EnhanSit delivered.
To ensure a smooth delivery process:
    • Please provide a valid and complete physical address (including apartment or unit number if applicable).
    • Double-check your email address so we can contact you if any issues arise.
    • Do not request UPS to reroute your package after it has shipped. Customers are responsible for any fees incurred due to address changes after confirmation.
Our goal is to provide fast turnaround and efficient delivery. Your accuracy helps us do that.

AmeriCav, LLC warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the EnhanSit (hereafter referred to as “the product”) is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, subject to the following terms:
Coverage Summary:
    • Steel Frame: Covered by a lifetime warranty against structural defects under normal use.
    • Electrical Components: Includes the motor, hand control, and cords — covered by a one (1) year warranty from the original date of purchase.
Terms of Warranty:
    • AmeriCav, LLC will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective parts at no charge to the original purchaser, provided that the product was used as intended and the warranty service procedure is followed.
    • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and only if the product was purchased new from an authorized dealer.
    • Used or secondhand equipment is not covered under this warranty.
Exclusions:
    • This warranty does not cover any damage or defect to the recliner or chair attached to the EnhanSit.
    • Damage resulting from:
    • Improper installation
    • Misuse
    • Overloading
    • Use for patient transfer or medical lifting will void the warranty.
Proper care and adherence to all installation and usage instructions are required to maintain warranty eligibility and ensure safe mechanical and electrical operation.
Warranty Registration Requirement:
A completed warranty card (included with the product) must be on file with AmeriCav, LLC for warranty claims to be honored.
Limitations of Use:
The EnhanSit is designed exclusively for individuals who are ambulatory—that is, able to bear weight and transition to a standing position with assistance. It is not intended for use as a transfer device or for lifting non-ambulatory individuals. It is not a medical lift or patient transfer device, and should not be used to lift, move, or transfer non-ambulatory individuals.
The EnhanSit is not intended for use with swivel chairs.
The EnhanSit is engineered to lift up to 300 lbs of the user’s weight, in addition to the weight of the recliner itself. Exceeding this weight limit may compromise performance.
Any use inconsistent with its intended purpose will void the warranty.
Expiration of Electrical Coverage:
After the one-year warranty period for electrical components, AmeriCav, LLC will have no further obligations or liabilities under any expressed or implied warranties for those parts.
