We are confident that you will be satisfied with your Enhansit. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your EnhanSit within 7 calendar days of delivery. Your EnhanSit must be returned in its original condition and state and must be shipped back in its original shipping container with all of the necessary components included. It is imperative to pack your EnhanSit securely in the box prior to its return. Be sure that there are no loose components. Any movement of your EnhanSit during shipping may cause damage and reduce or void the refund.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior authorizations. No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without prior authorization may be refused.

Return requests must be made within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the EnhanSit must:

Be returned in its original shipping container and protective packaging with no lose components. The EnhanSit must be packed securely with no movement in the box.

Include all original components, hardware, power supply, hand control, and accessories.

The (4) leveler legs must be removed from the EnhanSit prior to packaging.

Be free from damage caused after delivery.

Show no evidence of abuse, misuse, unauthorized modification, neglect, or improper installation.
If the EnhanSit exhibits excessive wear, impact damage, missing parts, improper packaging, or other conditions other then new condition may be refused or may received a reduced refund.
If the EnhanSit is returned with writing, labels, tape, residue, modifications, drilled holes, welded attachments, or other alterations, you may not qualify for a refund.
Please note: All refunds are subject to inspection. Any damage to your EnhanSit may reduce or void the refund. Shipping cost for your returned EnhanSit is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Restocking Fee
Upon inspection, approved voluntary returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

AmeriCav, LLC is not responsible for damage, injury, or product failure resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, use beyond the product's intended purpose, or failure to follow provided instructions.

The purchase price of every EnhanSit includes standard outbound shipping, packaging, handling, processing, and order fulfillment within the contiguous Unites States. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout for contiguous U.S. addresses.
Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing before your EnhanSit ships. Each frame is professionally inspected, function-tested, photographed, packaged, and shipped fully assembled from our Pennsylvania facility via UPS Ground.
A UPS tracking number will be emailed to the address provided when your order ships.
Additional Shipping Information
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required.
- If your address includes an apartment unit, or suite number, please be sure to include it when placing your order to avoid delivery delays.
- Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order and by responding to your confirmation email after your order is placed. Customers are responsible for any carrier fees resulting from address changes after shipment.
- We do not offer overnight or expedited shipping.
- Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other international destinations require a custom shipping quote prior to ordering.
Customers may not request UPS to reroute the package after it has shipped. Customers are responsible for any fees incurred due to address changes after address confirmation and shipping of their EnhanSit.

AmeriCav, LLC warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the EnhanSit (hereafter referred to as “the product”) is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, subject to the following terms:
Coverage Summary:
• Steel Frame: Covered by a lifetime warranty against structural defects under normal use.
• Electrical Components: Includes the motor, hand control, and cords — covered by a one (1) year warranty from the original date of purchase.
Terms of Warranty:
• AmeriCav, LLC will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective parts at no charge to the original purchaser, provided that the product was used as intended and the warranty service procedure is followed.
• This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and only if the product was purchased new from an authorized dealer.
• Used or secondhand equipment is not covered under this warranty.
Exclusions:
• This warranty does not cover any damage or defect to the recliner or chair attached to the EnhanSit.
• Damage resulting from:
• Improper installation
• Misuse
• Overloading
• Use for patient transfer or medical lifting will void the warranty.
Proper care and adherence to all installation and usage instructions are required to maintain warranty eligibility and ensure safe mechanical and electrical operation.
Warranty Registration Requirement:
A completed warranty card (included with the product) must be on file with AmeriCav, LLC for warranty claims to be honored.
Limitations of Use:
The EnhanSit is designed exclusively for individuals who are ambulatory—that is, able to bear weight and transition to a standing position with assistance. It is not intended for use as a transfer device or for lifting non-ambulatory individuals. It is not a medical lift or patient transfer device, and should not be used to lift, move, or transfer non-ambulatory individuals.
The EnhanSit is not intended for use with swivel chairs.
The EnhanSit is engineered to lift up to 300 lbs of the user’s weight, in addition to the weight of the recliner itself. Exceeding this weight limit may compromise performance.
Any use inconsistent with its intended purpose will void the warranty.
Expiration of Electrical Coverage:
After the one-year warranty period for electrical components, AmeriCav, LLC will have no further obligations or liabilities under any expressed or implied warranties for those parts.
